Had new pup for 2 weeks. Very good with toilet during the day although inevitable accidents. He hates the crate and we are working on positive introduction but as he is not destructive and sleeps well we see no reason.
At night he tends to jump on the sofa. We still wake in the night to let him out but for two nights running he has wee'd in the sofa. I had to clean all the covers to remove scent but he still does it. He can get up and down and made the effort to get down and poo on his mat.
Any ideas? I really do not want to start crating him under duress.
