Lump on gum

My Weimaraner bitch has always had terrible teeth so I clean them every couple of days. She's a flighty beast, so I'm not always that thorough as she won't tolerate too much messing around. I've clearly not been looking at what is going on in there as saw this a couple of days ago and just assumed it was food, but it's not. I'll take her to the vet tomorrow, but has anyone else seen similar?

Hmm, the vet has given us some antibiotics for her, as she thought it more of a blister. We shall see how she goes.
