panic... wormer and flea treatment!

Hi all

Having a mild panic... I got my dog's usual flea treatment (advocate) today, plus some wormer as she's been eating a lot of wildlife.

I gave her the worming tablets this morning, and without thinking gave her the advocate tonight, as she was overdue for it.

I've just googled it and realised I should have left 48 hours between treatments, should I be worried??
