Which would you choose?

We are going away at Easter and because we've booked it late, our usual dog boarder is already full.
The two options that we have are

1. DM moves into our house so dogs environment doesn't change, dog is taken out daily by a mixture of friends who we normally walk with, a dog walker who we use once a week and our dog adores and a dog walker who our dog knows from ad hoc use and who will have a dog with her who our dog knows and loves.
   
2. Dog goes to a different boarder who I met today and has been recommended by a friend. Lives 30 mins away so will not be going to same parks that we usually go to so dog won't see any of his regular pals. Smallish garden but safe and and secure. She isn't a dog walker, only a boarder and dog that will be with ours at Easter was there today and they got on fine.
   

What would you do?

Is that because the benefit of staying in his own home would outweigh the disruption of different walkers and different dogs and living with an inexperienced dog person?
