Still too sad to say much but have really found comfort in putting this video together and hope you enjoy it too.

Warning - it is as epic as he was. Sound on to get its full epic-ness Smile

Oh my what a great dog. I am so sorry you are feeling so understandably sad. Dogs do not live long enough Sad although Berkeley did not seem to waste a minute of his life.

What amazing memories you will have of Berkeley a truly epic dog

I am going to be more Berkeley

He's so lovely and so full of enthusiasm for EVERYTHING. Your video is fab. Hope you can remember the good times with him.
Loving the Bedlington in the video too - we have one of them - she's... spirited.

He was, thank you. A super enthusiastic boy. We used to laugh that he never walked anywhere... everything was full speed.

lol re the Beddie. That was Boycie. He passed nearly 7 years ago. He was incredibly sweet and kind hearted but totally stoopid. The heart of a lion though, exactly what they say about Beddies. Gawd love them.

Our Bedlington is affectionately known as 'Devil Dog'...

LimeJellyHead · 23/01/2016 09:34

Ours was known was "Rocks for Brains" and should have been called Trigger, not Boycie, lol.

Are you quite sure he was stupid? Not just very very cunning and pretending to be stupid?! Ours is far from thick, but stubborner than a stubborn thing from Stubborntown... She will do what you want her to ONLY if it happens to coincide with what she wants to do anyway. She is clever enough to have trained us up to understand her every whim and make us do as she pleases. So she's not stupid, just bloody difficult. (But we love her very much).

lol, a bit of both. You just reminded me... we did one of those intelligence tests on them years ago and laughed so much. One thing was a treat under a tea towel and you had to time how long it took them to get the treat out from under it. Berkeley removed the tea towel, ate the treat.... job done in 20 secs. Boycie stood and nibbled a perfect hole in the tea towel, took over 30 mins. Epic fail, lol.

Berkeley was soooo clever, it was like having a 4 year old child in the house. You could see him thinking all the time.

Berkeley's grave marker finally arrived today. The perfect tribute to the happiest, funniest dog ever. Always in my heart.

Brilliant! From the character he showed in your video that is just perfect for him. It's like any loss, healing takes time Flowers
