To listen to at least two dogs barking and crying across the landing in our apartment building. We first noticed it at 10am this morning and didn't pay too much attention. This evening we've realized that it was still going on so called out the local police (not UK) waiting for them to arrive and just bumped into the downstairs neighbors who are also worried!
Not sure what more we can do but wait for the police to arrive but it's so unfair to those dogs :-(
