Adaptil - any experience?

The behaviourist for our nervy Rottie has recommended we try her with an adaptil collar. I just wondered if anyone has any experience with these and has had results?

Mine is wearing one atm as she's a collie and she gets stressed out a bit during the summer holidays. I am not sure it has made any difference though Confused

I think it's worth a go.

I use a spray which is helpful (spray in car, in crate to lessen anxiety)

I use it alongside Zylkene, on their own they're not so good but combined really calm my lab down.

I have had good results my little boy was viciously attacked and nearly killed by another dog at 15 weeks of age so behaviourally just about the worst time it could happen.
I put an Adaptil collar on him as soon as the neck wounds had healed and the difference in how he felt about other dogs was improved.
He is now a happy sociable 4 year old.

When it works can be great, unfortunately doesn't work for the issue my older girl has, but would still suggest worth trying to others

It didn't work for us but does for some dogs. We got on better with the Pet Remedy as mentioned by owllady.
