Retriever/labrador rescue

After lots of consideration and waiting for the children to be 7 and 9, we have decided to get a dog, and want to home a rescue retriever/labrador. I have looked at quite a few websites, please can anyone recommend any in the south east/sussex if they have used one? Happy to have either dog or bitch and up to 6 yrs of age. All advice welcome!

Loads of labs and retrievers here. - you can email them for a list of current dogs available. Their dogs are in foster all over the country so location isn't an issue.
