No, but I look after one for quite a few weeks of the year, he is my 'spare dog' Grin

He is hands down the most stubborn, difficult and badly behaved dog I have ever come across, but so funny, loving and mischievous, totally endearing and I love him to bits.

How are you finding your puppy?

Can we have photos???

I just came across this breed lately and think they're so cute! I'd love one but as I already have a Goldie and DD is very young I'm having to settle for googling puppy pictures.

DH has fallen in love with a beardie x Tibetan at a rescue, both breeds are a bit bonkers in my (admittedly limited) exp. I think he might be a bit too much of a handful for us!

I have a two year old TT, she is by far the most difficult dog I have ever had. Stressy, destructive, food obsessed, exceptionally energetic, difficult with other dogs and cats as well as unpredictable. The FB TT group is full of photos of the results of their destructive behaviour and many suffer from separation anxiety. I honestly wish I had never bought her.

Well on that cheery note booboostoo , well she's much more stubborn than my last dog a beardie who was a doddle to train.
So far she has no problems with other dogs or people . She's still at chew yer hand off stage but her character is gorgeous ...we are all really enjoying her.
Sorry you don't enjoy yours boo.
I'm on iPad , haven't figured out how to add pic to message

We had a TT for many years and he was the most gorgeous and annoying dog I have ever had. He was a rescue dog with a recently broken leg, so we were told to not walk him too far. After a few weeks my DH decided to take him to the beach 500M away an d let him off his lead, he caught up with him 5 miles away and then had to walk home.
When I was pregnant he would lie with his head on my stomach for hours, and when we brought DD home that was it the baby was his. He followed her everywhere and was only settled if she was in sight.
He died many years ago but no other dog has been the same. BTW he could jump over the sofa from the back from a standing start and he hated balloons :)

Ha! Yes, nearly a year. Destructive, naughty and stubborn but cuddly and gentle little thing. Does something to make us laugh most days. The jumping thing must be a breed trait. Ours can clear the fence.

Our TT is 18 months old and I think she's quite typical of the breed. She'll do what she's told -i-f it's for food--. She sits at the window and barks like mad whenever she hears a noise. She can jump really high and she pulls toilet rolls and tissues to bits. If you throw a ball she'll look at it and expect you to run.
She is also the friendliest, most good-natured dog who loves humans and animals, and I'm so glad we have her.

We have 2 in our household. One is daft as a brush but very loving, the other likes things on his terms! As long as they know whose boss you should be fine. We wouldn't be without them Grin
