Advice about poop!

Posted this in the cat forum too but wanted to see if anyone had any tips here!

My neighbours have a cat and it keeps pooping in my garden (under my hedge). It wouldn't bother me but my dog keeps eating it (yuk), I have a 2 year old DS who loves to explore my garden and I am pg with DC 2.

Is there anyway to deter the cat from pooping which is safe for my DS, dog and obviously the cat too?
