Can someone help? PFD just fallen off the sofa!

I have a dopey staffie who was having a nap on the sofa, he stretched with his paws against the back of the sofa, and managed to push himself off of the sofa. He banged his head as he landed because he couldn't get his legs round quickly enough!

Will he be ok? He got straight up and I gave him a bit of a fuss. He seems ok now, got back up on the sofa and is snuggled up with me.

I mean he uses his head to bash open doors a lot of the time so I'm guessing it's not that delicate! Just worried about him!
