Needed nice pet friendly cottage

I'm looking for a nice comfortable cottage to rent for a week in August. We want to go away with dd and dog for a week somewhere but all I can find is cottages that accept dogs but are a bit basic looking.

We want 2 bedrooms, comfort, wifi, sky tv if poss, enclosed garden or dec maybe a hot tub/access to pool. Somewhere we can walk out easily and has family/dog friendly pubs nearby.

We are in kent and happy to travel up to 2.5 hours.

Anyone got any recommendations?

www.graceholidaycottages.co.uk/ are advertised on the Many Tears rescue site and are dog friendly. Haven't actually been to any of them so can't personally recommend!

We've just returned from a fabulous week in Pembrokeshire in a really luxurious and comfortable house, with our four hounds. It's not easy finding somewhere that takes four dogs. Obviously, that's too far for you, but I found it on the Good Dog Guide - link.

Have a look at forest holidays.co.uk, fabulous modern cabins in the woods, with all mod cons, dogs welcome and each has a hot tub on the deck.

Thanks Heinz we've been there before but it's a bit of a long drive from kent. They were lovely though, went before dd and dog. Grin

www.middlewickholidaycottages.co.uk
We stayed there a few years ago and the area is good for dog friendly pubs with restaurants etc.

If you look on Cottages4U you can do an advanced search on pets being welcome, that's how we always find our cottages!

Gosh, those uniquehomestays look gorgeous. Wouldn't get a second's peace with hairy, muddy dog in them though!
