BT peeing

Our male BT is just 2. He was very easy to house train. In the last few months he has started marking in doors when we're not looking or out. He has also started peeing in the house initially occasionally and sometimes at night. This is getting more frequent and today we have been out for 5 hours (which is v unusual) and he had peed twice and marked once. Any advice?
