My parents rottweiler/retriever cross (she was an accident bless her) us getting on a bit, I think she's 13 now. Over the past week or so she's been dribbling wee, when she licks her bits usually, but sometimes just when she's lying down, when she gets up she leaves a puddle.

She's ok in herself, still eating and drinking well, and friendly. Is there anything that can be done? She is very large and heavy, getting her to the vet is no easy undertaking. Does she need to go?

If you can get her to the vets it would be a good idea.
It's probably just a bit of cystitis or something but worth a visit to get it cleared quick, especially at her age.

My dog does this she had puppies at a young age and it is incontinence. (we didn't breed her she was rescued from a BY breeder)

Very common in bitches and usually very simple to treat. Yes she does need to go to the vet to get the right medication
