Sniffing back end?

Alan dog has been doing this for a couple of days. I've so far upped her fibre intake ( a carrot in the eve). However, I also think she is a bit grumpy too. She is growling at nothing and tonight air snapped at my dd. when she went to stroke her.
Do you think it's anal glands? Do they make dogs grumpy?

Yes to the second question and maybe to the first. Get the vet or your groomer to check them, and if it doesnt resolve worry about it then. Love the name Alan for a dog :D

We have similar problems. NutterDog is licking her back end a lot. It smells when she does!!
