I have found a breeder of irish setters, I phoned to make enquiries as to whether there would be any litters this year or next. They said no as their bitch had her first litter of 11 recently but they had two dogs left.

I have been doing my homework on the breed and checked the kennel club website for the health checks.
Both Sire and Dam are clear for CLAD and PRA (rcd1)
But the Dam is a carrier for PRA (rcd4),Sire is clear.

The pups have been tested and show clear for CLAD and PRA (rcd1) but no tests showing for PRA (rcd4)

Is it normal to only test for two of the main diseases? Should I ask for the pup to be tested for PRA (rcd4)

If I went to view the pups, Is there anything I should look out for? I dont really know anything about PRA (rcd4)

Any advice on this greatly appreciated. (Any advice on breed in general also greatly appreciated)

TIA
