Mental stimulation for springer spaniel

Starting maternity leave next week and as I can't walk our 1yr old springer too much at the moment I wanted to come up with some new games/tricks for her. Any ideas of things we can do? My mind is a bit blank! Have four weeks til baby due so thought this would be a good way to occupy us both. She can do basics (sit/paw/down/twist etc), rubbish at stays though! She LOVES tennis balls. She responds well to clickers.
