My poouch has a bad paw, and keeps licking the sore spot and its not healing

The vet has put a cone on her but i think she can still get to it with the cone on,

the vet has given me spray to spray on it to stop her licking the wound, but thats not working and the spray has all gone,

what eles can i do to help the sore paw heal?

im really at my witts end with it all :(

Get a bigger cone.

You can get boots to cover the feet. They fall off quite easily, but they can help with this kind of thing. I was going to suggest a plaster until I realised it was a foot! I've used one on one of our dogs, and it lasted surprisingly well. Smaller than having a dog crashing around with a huge lampshade round his head!

In the short term, do you have a child's sock that you temporarily put over the paw? (not long-term because I'm sure it needs air to get to it to help it heal and not get infected). You can get a bigger cone i.e. one with a longer muzzle - some come long enough that if the dog tries to lick anything, the only thing it can lick is the cone.

i have another dog and she keeps licking it too, so a bigger cone doesnt solve the problem, and she is stuggling to eat and drink with the one she has on,

i tried to sock and the boot both feel off, :(

thank you for all the advice

Sock and Elastoplast tape.

It'll be rotten to get off, but it will keep the sock on until the wound is less tempting. A couple of goes around the top of the sock will be enough.
