Are you sure you want to put yourself through it?

Haha! I'm looking at his/her twin right here!
She usually times it for just after I've scrubbed the bathroom to perfection.

Brilliant! Grin

I would love to have had as much fun as your doggy clearly had today

Yes this is my dog. He dived into a muddy ditch, his favourite way to stay cool on summer walks is to submerge himself in mud. He soon realised it was not mud at all, but clay instead and so sat in the ditch forlornly peering up at me until I rescued him.

Needless to say I, also, am covered with dried clay Hmm

Thank god for white dog shampoo is all I have to say Grin

My black dog does the opposite. Lies in white muddy limestone puddles. hopefully yours is white and fluffy again soon.

He's sort of greyish and wet now, but there is only so much rinse and repeat even the most tolerant dog can cope with so I will have to live with a greyish dog for a while.

I plan on taking him to the beach tomorrow in the hope the sea will remove what his shower didn't. Although knowing my luck I will just have a greyish, salty dog who smells of rotting seaweed instead.

Can you not soak him in lemon juice and hang him on the line?

I have mental images of him pegged up by his ears now - I laughed, does that make me a meany! He would smell lovely and lemony Grin

That's a white dog?! He must have had lots of fun.

That puts Dog2s muddy paws in perspective.
