The doghouse

Our dog found the perfect ball. Where can I find him more?

Our daft lurcher found the perfect ball bobbing around in the sea a couple of weeks ago. It fits in the ball chucker, is bright pink, plastic-y, bounces beautifully, and is without a doubt the best ball he has ever had.

We usually bulk buy tennis balls. But they break up fairly quickly, which is a double pain if he drops it in the sea, because it then sinks to the bottom.

This perfect ball does say "good boy" on it, so I'm sure it is a dog toy, but I can't seem to find one anywhere.

It looks a bit like this but is pink

Any suggestions?? Or indeed for any other good chucker balls.

Good Boy is a Tesco brand - can't find it online but might be worth looking in store?

thanks! He'll be a very happy boy if I can find more. We use two balls at a time, so a big pile of them would be useful!

Good Boy is not a Tesco brand... although Tesco do sometimes sell some of their products.

We have a red Good Boy ball which is really quite heavy. It is rubbery but very hard and doesn't say Good Boy on it. Are you sure yours is pink, not faded red?

I think ours is the same one as the yellow one linked to above......

Asda do good boy stuff too.
Let us know when you find it

Bit OT, but we find that Tesco value tennis balls are really good for 'cheap' bulk-buy tennis balls. I don't think I've ever had one destroyed by our ball-mad terrier, unlike all the other cheapo tennis balls we've had.

Sorry, been without broadband for a while.

It is definitely pink, and sort of plasticy rather than rubbery.

I have lost the will to do all the serious work I had to do today, and may just take myself "off to town" to scour for this ball. Failing that, a jumbo bag of tennis balls from the massive tesco may have to suffice.

Will report back, this ball is so good every bouncy dog should have some!
