I thought Dog had broken his back!

Bobo was lying in front of the front door - like he does if he wants a walk. We all walked passed him for about an hour then DS1 said "walkies" and Bo shuffled on only his front parts. He was shaking head to foot. We rushed him to the vet who gave him an anti-inflammitary injection then Bo was perfect.

It was all such a drama that I cannot remember what the vet said!

Oh poor Bobo, hope he's better today.

PiLs Cav King Charles had something like this. Vet said he had pulled a muscle or something jumping off of the sofa. He had to have anti-inflams for a while but is now perfectly alright.

This happened to my cat a few years ago. She was coming up the garden, got to the back door and then sort of collapsed. Rushed her to the vet (obviously this was on a bank holiday weekend!) she was kept in, got antib's, anti inflams and she was fine in a day. No idea what it was, she had no 'scuff' marks or anything internally wrong.
