In the story, Aleesha was born last Oct (just before DS) so should be 10mths. This baby looks so much younger. And tonight she was in a bouncy chair. DS hasn't been in his since he was 5mths.
Is my DS just a big fatty? bless

Yes, but only by a couple of weeks, I thought!
Maybe it'll be like the simpsons and she'll never get older!

so did the SS take her/demi away then?

Auntie Pauline quite often ends up with Bobby and Freddy too. And why would Little Mo possess a double pushchair??? It seems a really odd thing for either her, or Ian to own.

How did Laura get pregnant if Ian's vasectomy is working now?

I'm confused!!!

haha i remember that! but on these soaps they have a baby and you only see the them rarely! now that isnt reality? maybe they could do a story line about not being able to find childcare or even post natal depression ...but I suppose having a baby in soap land is easy !

Did anyone ever notice that for the first 3 months, poor Bobby was in that same striped babygro day and night!?

we are avid Eastenders fans (living in Africa it's my only way of ensuring my children understand their heritage )

This thread has made me laugh because I always think about these things - especially Bobby's Babygro...

maybe it was Ian's double buggy from when the twins were born 14 years ago!!!

Report
starlover · 17/08/2005 10:59

yes the buggy was definitely second hand... i remember someone asking little mo if it would be ok.

also.... what's with the whole "we'll need to see if the sperm are active" as the lady hands ian a little pot (for his sample)

HE'S HAD A FUCKING VASECTOMY IDIOT!

The twins are 10/11 and have just finished primary school.

flamesparrow, Ian had only just had the vasectomy when Laura fell pregnant. Isn't it suppose to take a while before you get the all-clear?

There's a creche on the square, and they all seem to get into it with no problems and no waiting list (perhaps it's open 24 hours?!)

loulabelle222 · 17/08/2005 13:57

must be because they always have baby sitters and are always out !

I love the way we all over think these things!!!

Its back to the same old thing... how do they afford the creche/pub every night/breakfast and tea in the cafe????? Its clearly not benefit fraud cos the whole square was up in arms about that!

How do people who work in a laundrette/pub/market afford to live in London? And they only do about two shifts a week, eat out every night, spend every lunch and evening in the pub...

I didn't know there was a creche, but half the time demi's at school, rosie's at the pub and the dad (can't remember his name!) is wandering around, and there's still no baby! And is anyone convinced demi and darren are twins? She's twice the size of him! Literally!

flamesparrow · 17/08/2005 16:57

Maybe she nicked all his food growing up... there's twin kids round here and the boy looks like he's eaten all the girl's share!

I vaguely remember a creche - wasn't Laura or someone working in it for a bit?

I always think 'why does nobody own a washing machine either'.
Must get back to the real world!

DH keeps asking why they all live thee still? Surely by now, on a direct tube line to West End, their houses would be now worth a firtune, and they'd have all sold up and grabbed the equity.
