It has Rovers fans, their cheerleaders, etc. Something to do with supporting the lower divisions or whatever apparantly.

Good thanks. I started today. Trouble is I have induction this week, but the lady I job share with (work some same days) is on holiday this week. No one seemed to have out 2 and 2 together though! So after a bit of a panic this morning they sorted me out with some work to do - got to do some initial induction interviews with new inmates, and then had a tour of all the workshops - chatted to the course leaders, finding out what is on offer, etc. No idea what I am up to tomorrow though. I am hoping that at some point someone iwll tell me what my actual job fully entails and what I actually have to do!!!

Ahh, well organised then! Settling in to a new job is always a pain.
