What do you think? they seem to be a bit humourless as a duo/couple. It is a good idea for a programme though.

I watched most of it but was irritated by her within about 2 minutes of the programme starting! They are very serious aren't they!

Hmmm - "foraging for wild food" seemed to involve getting the key to the landowner's VAST kitchen garden and deciding on the artichokes...

Yes I did love when they referenced the food she found in the kitchen garden I mean was the food lost? Was it not grown by a loving gardener who probably knew where it was and as for stealing hte artichokes.........

Did anybody else feel if they did'nt have the obvious contacts and a tv camera than the lady in that farm shop would have told them to 'fawk orf'?

I think she was the winner of last years masterchef, and i remember really liking her then. I've never seen him before but my god he's obsessed with getting his bits out!
I think whats so annoying is their so self righteous, look at us were feasting on the land! NO YOUR NOT! your camping in your uncle tarquins back garden eating veg that was planted by a gardener and ploughing across the fields in a 4x4 with enough armoury to suply the middle east!

I also learned that in order to shoot wild pigeons you had to dismantle a haystack and make a decoy out of pre-shot dead ones with flapping wings...

Yes its all very spur of the moment stuff! Honestly with all that time, equipment and planning who could'nt have done what they did. Oh! and opening the mussels on the beach with a haystack, how many beaches have discarded haystacks? more likely to find fag butts or effluent first!

Great idea and entertaining enough to watch all episodes but what a con.

How much was the cost of the veg oil in their vehicle they were using - why not buy it in industrial sized cans?

How come on the beach they had about 2 quids worth of hay just ready to burn? And as for just being able to park up anywhere and just start shooting I know where our local gamekeeper would have sent them...

I think he is quite promising but she is far too serious and towny. I laughed when she tried to run on the beach in her wellies!

How we long for Hugh in these sort of situations.

Mind you how cold must that water have been!
