In the wake of Bear Grylls fakery scandals, what other tv programmes might be fixed?

OK, so sadly Bear Grylls did not sleep on his island or build his raft himself and they used dry ice to make the noxious fumes on the fake volcano look more scary

This has led me to wonder what else might be fixed. For example, do Susannah and Trinnys' researchers take binbags full of awful clothes to the homes of the victims on What Not To Wear?

Do diet programmes take thin people and film them looking gorgeous, then put them up in a top hotel for a few months and feed them up, take footage of them looking fat and then edit it to look like they lost weight?

Any ideas?

On the Supernanny episodes where one of the issues is children refusing to eat, they slip Bitrex into the food at the beginning and sweeteners in at the end, just to make sure the little buggers don't mess it up.
