I have only watched two. One where the teacher committed suicide and tonight's with the stabbing. It's not looking like a great place to work

I can't believe they ended on such a cliffhanger. How will I survive until 'later in the year' (and you just know they mean December..)

Haha, my eldest has just discovered the joys of cliffhanger endings.

We've missed a couple of episodes though, including the suicide, so can someone tell me how the American got involved in the school, please?

And I think I rather like Andrew Trenneman, and I always thought he was priggish before. (much more in favour of Rimmer usually).

Think this should go back to it's old time of 9.00 p.m. though. My DC's are still up at 8.00 p.m. and love WR, but some of it is a bit near the mark for them to be watching.

Great series - and what an ending! Don't die Izzy!!!

unknownrebelbang - the American got involved in the school because he was from a fundamentalist christian organisation that wanted to provide financial backing to the new academy - the BBC giving a nod to what is happening to Britain's schools maybe?

Made me laugh how quickly all the kids (how come there are no Yr 7, 8 or 9 students - similar to weird assortment of teachers!)jumped onto the Creationist bandwagon! It takes me months to get my lot to absorb anything I say - it took that American bloke two minutes to convince those girls that all dinosaurs were dragons...
