I actually like the cockney chippie on Extreme Makeover. A London accent does it for me every time. Although thinking about it, Mike Reid doesn't do it for me at all!

Don't know who Kevin is; Phil is clearly a sweetie but I don't fancy him. I like that lovely young looking one on "House Doctor"!!! Not in a snoggable way but in a sitting and drinking Earl Grey with him kind of way iykwim.
