Cold Feet-a-thon

Cold Feet was originally on when I was in my late teens/early twenties and I watched bits of it at the time but was more of a This Life kinda girl as it reflected the stage I was at more.

I've had the complete Cold Feet box set on DVD (I know- archaic, right?) for months now in preparation for catching up ahead of season 6 only to realise that it starts a week today!!

So I've decided to try and watch all 35 episodes over the next 7 days. Totally do-able, right?! I don't return to work until next week and while I've a bit of freelance stuff on the go, it's my mission to be caught up by Monday.

It's doable! I recently watched all six seasons of Game of Thrones in one week...I was knackered afterwards.

I've been watching my Cold Feet box set too, but three or four episodes per day is about the most I can cope with. I'm nearly at the end though.

Ooooh! Good to have support and to know it's probably do-able. Course can't get the flippin DVD player to work now so have given up in favour of an earlyish night & will get properly stuck in tomorrow.

It's all on ITV Player if you can face a million advert breaks per episode. Frankly, that bloody woman dancing in the lifts in the Orangina adverts has put me off the stuff for life.

Ermigawd! It's ALL on ITVplayer?! WHOOP! Thank you- I'd thought it was just the refresher episode on there. I've been having trouble with the DVD player on our laptop so have only watched ep 1 and 2 so far. Alarm now set to get up early and catch an episode over breakfast. I'm taking this very seriously indeed!

I watched it on my iPad! Thus meaning that I watched them all in about 4 days, because I took the iPad with me from room to room as I cleaned!

I'm watching them on Sky Box Sets. I watched some series when it was on the first time but not from the beginning.

I'm at the end of series 1. I can't believe Rachel slept with Kris, it just seems like it's completely against her character to cheat on Adam.

I've just watched series 1-5 over a fortnight. I have one episode left to watch then it will be down to once a week with the new series. I have absolutely loved it - never watched it first time round.

All the same people/characters minus Rachel. I suspect all those kids will be teens and I'm wondering if Ramona will feature in somewhere - I loved her.
I watched all the old episodes on on layer and had forgotten so much. It's Deffo worth a watch before the new series.

I am absolutely LOVING this! Almost finished season 2, ep 3. Seriously: plan for the next four days is a season per day! DD can feed herself and we'll just crack open the paper plates. No laundry needs to happen, right? I can so do this!

I am also watching on ITV Hub. I'm currently on Season 2 episode 3 too. Only thing is that they are only available for 7 more days. Not sure I'll be able to make it!

One thing I'd totally forgotten about it is the ace 90's music that is used. They were playing Aphex Twin's Windowlicker in one scene. I was totally amazed!

Ooof. I'm a bit sleepy today... got to bed at 4. DH just asked me which ep I'm on and when I told him he just said, 'hellfire' & gave me a look of sheer respect and admiration!
