Filming New Channel 5 Property Show

Hi

I hope you are all well ladies! I am contacting you with a filming request if some of you are interested. I’m a Researcher at TV Production Company Ricochet and we are making a new 35 part series for Channel 5 about homeowners who are hoping to make some cash from their spare rooms. In each episode, our award-winning B&B expert will visit a different homeowner who has either just started or is about to start opening up their own home to paying guests where she gives them advice and guidance on how to be the best they can be.

The episode that I am working on at the moment for next week if you are interested is about a single mother in Streatham who has been renting out the spare rooms in her home so that she can save up and take her little girl on holiday. However she really needs to up her booking and market herself better so that she can make this work for her little girl. What we would love is for our single mother to come and meet a few Mum’s from the Streatham who she can come and talk to about what it is she is offering and get the word out there. Maybe if people have family coming to the area and need somewhere to stay, also our single mother is a nanny by profession and has all the accreditations and is CRB checked so can offer babysitting services as well!

My apologies for calling you 'ladies', I didn't mean any offence at all. It's been a very busy morning and now that I read over my paragraph my grammar is slipping a little, my mother would not be proud.

Thank you for pointing those bits out to me. I do hope that we get a good response as we love to get the local area and community involved in our filming. Also it's a chance to positively showcase the area and all it had to offer.

Just to add in:

We would be looking to film possibly somewhere next Friday morning or Saturday mid-morning before lunch. We can book a café and get access to film there and free coffee and cake will be provided by us.
