In the 1st person POV in the van, the person is in the middle. You see a head move in front of them. Michonne and Daryl are sitting to the side, Rosita at the front (so the head you see move) - with Glenn behind her in the middle. It's Glenn

I'm basing my speculation on hearing that there is supposedly "clues" in the programme, as said by Kirkman on Talking Dead (which I haven't seen, only heard that he said that). And I think this is such a crucial point in the comics and the development of future storylines (in the comics, which I haven't read but have read around this particular storyline) that they have to stick to the comic version. But, you know, I'm not basing this on anything solid here

They are kneeling to ricks right (our side) his left and you see negan shadow pass over ricks face and then stands in front of whoever

Carl is also there but don't think he would beat ricks child and possibly kill him as that would enrage Rick and he wouldn't then be in Megan's team

So hence why I think one of those two

I agree dogs are pack animals and I think they would be a problem for any survivors. I have no idea who Negan has attacked. Hoping it's not Glenn

I think it's all conjecture on who it is, on the talking dead that said that the filming was jumpy and random on purpose so that it would keep everyone guessing because the producers knew everyone would go mad rewatching it over and over.
