Did anyone see it? What was the story of the 17 year old with 6 kids? I saw it advertised but missed the show and I am curious!

Didn't catch it all. But 17 year old girl has toddler son and triplets who are still in hospital. The other 2 are partners DC I think not hers. He looked very young too!
