She looked great, didn't she. Soo much better. I suspect that next week's lady might have been trying to dye some excess facial hair with the bleach - it also showed her shaving her face, poor thing.

nice to see for once NHJ (the presenter) didn't try to style the poor woman in her image. was a fab makeover though, they rocketed her into the 21st century!
