I'm hoping i'm not the only one with a spot of TV shame.

My name is livvylongpants and I have recently become hooked on GLEE. Everyone I know thinks its the most awful programme ever but I seriously can't stop watching.

sometimes I sneak upstairs in the evening to watch an episode. like its porn! as my DP cannot stand it.

Anyone else want to share a TV shame with me

I am secretly hooked on those awful true crime programmes you get on channels like 'Really' and other odd freeview places, at about 11p.m. They are usually American and called things like 'I married a psychopath' they are very grim and sensationalist and generally dreadful, but I sort of get sucked into watching them (am not a weirdo honest grin)

I also quite like medical programmes where people have had bizarre accidents and get wheeled in a and e with a snooker cue through their head/shark bitten off their leg etc. Again I claim not to be weird, though I realise I sound even less convincing now grin

I love those American 'reconstruction' shows where the actor playing the protagonist is young, sexy & hot - then it cuts to the real bloke and it's a normal, chubby, balding guy in his 40s or something.

Celebrity Wife Swap on Really at 8am on a Sunday morning!

Use to love 'A Year to save my life' about the morbidly obese losing loads of weight on Pick on a Sunday morning too.

Superhero, I was just coming on to say Say Yes to the Dress grin

The irony is that I'm not married, would never have a wedding if I did have to get married, and would definitely never wear a big white dress.

I spend most of the show getting intensely irritated that everyone feels they have to wear the same bloody dress and that they have to please their mum, nan, mum in law, sister in law and fiance's ex with their choice.

Can't turn it off when it's on though..

Also, I bought series 1 of The OC a little while back for £8, and I don't think I have ever spent a better £8 in my life.

I loved the OC too Thurlow!

Watching Year To Save My Life with DS. Bloke was talking about not seeing his feet since he was 14. I said I've not seen mine (if I look straight down) since I was 14, because of my boobs.

DS 'would you like Jesse Pavelka to come & exercise your boobs, mum?' blush

Livvylongpants Sun 07-Jun-15 19:33:05

I remember watching the OC when it was originally on.

Before glee I watched every series of gossip girl, in about 2 weeks. I had just had DD1 and pretty much stayed in BF and watching that. No one glee people here yet (confirms belief that I am secretly a 12 year old American girl)

Say yes to the dress! I love it! Randy is amazing! And Lori is scary! And so is the manager woman with the very deep voice! But "that" see through dress! The one that is incompatible with any form of underwear?! It's awful-and yet must be a best seller!!!
