TV played a song by a female vocalist at the start of their F1 coverage in Brazil. The lyrics start, "he got away with thousands of dollars, he got away from the state police, its not fair to bring me down".

Can someone put me out of my misery and tell me who sang this tune, my son really likes it!!!!!.

It sounds like a Bond type theme but other than that I'm stumped as to who it is.
