I found out the story line tonight.
Poor Jake, but I'm hoping they have a backup story line (like Sean gets killed) and chose that alternative version they are saving rather than really let Jake get killed!

But since Jake is the heavy that Johnny called in, how can he be the one who gets killed?

Johnnys cell mate said its just a phonecall away if he wants someone dead. He was with him when he had the heart attack, so he heard him say 'Jake, kill him'
