Tried to post on old thread and it's at 1000 smile

Gawd we can woffle grin

Just watched last nights and why has Jane come back?

Why is no one mentioning that Cindy is 15 an therefore tech rape?

Strange that carls mum suddenly decides to come go the square - just as mitchell sisters are back

And still Amy is silent !!!! wink

WorraLiberty Thu 20-Mar-14 20:27:21

Can someone explain to me please how she got away with it?

She admitted to killing him and blaming Alice

Surely she would have been done for manslaughter or/and perjury or something?

And how did she get her passport back so quickly? confused

Yes I know it's not real life, but I thought they at least tried to reflect it grin

WorraLiberty Thu 20-Mar-14 20:28:03

Perverting the course of justice I meant

tattyteddy Thu 20-Mar-14 20:30:56

Can I also ask where Janine's daughter is?

WorraLiberty Thu 20-Mar-14 20:57:39

tatty, I assumed she's in France with Diane?

I don't know for sure though.

Fakebook Thu 20-Mar-14 21:15:40

I know Worraliberty! I was waiting for them to say something about manslaughter, but no, apparently you're either guilty of murdering someone or just get away with it in Eastenders hmm.

Tattyteddy, apparently she was with Janine's sister in Paris, although we weren't shown when this happened.

tattyteddy Thu 20-Mar-14 21:17:16

Thanks for clearing that up for me, it annoys me when they don't explain things properly!

BreconBeBuggered Thu 20-Mar-14 23:53:41

WTF was that shenanigans with that couple at the end? That was just silly. It's as if they don't want us to think it's real or something.

randomfemale Fri 21-Mar-14 00:12:24

Janine is going to shack up with the dishy lottery winner in Lion or Paris or Barnsley or wherever and pop back up again when the script writers have come up with a storyline. I luffs Janine grin

TwllBach Fri 21-Mar-14 10:37:44

I was really annoyed that she got off with it...and yet Kat is being investigated?? And who wants to bet that Janine goes off without dropping the charges against Stacey.

Even if she did drop the charges, couldn't they still do Stacey for running off when a suspect??

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 21-Mar-14 16:46:24

How did Alfie get/swindle the oz woman out of £15k and she's happy to forget it for one shag!!!!

Where is Stacey's little girl?

Big mo is looking more and more like pat with her bleached quiffed back hair

Bakingnovice Fri 21-Mar-14 16:48:51

So we have Stacey who killed Archie but has walked free.

We have ronnie who killed Karl (and stole a baby) and is waking free.

We have janine who killed Michael (and Barry) and is walking free.

Wtaf. EE is utter shite at the moment.

JRmumma Fri 21-Mar-14 16:58:32

Ohh can i join this thread? Have no one to talk EE with in RL.

I also LOVE Janine. I know some of the storylines are incredibly far fetched but its not real is it!

I'm very pleased to hear Lucy is going. Her nostrils annoy me immensely!

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 21-Mar-14 17:07:42

How could the jury not find her guilty? hmm

Why was alice in hospital? Did she try and comit suicide?

Would have been better to say Janine not guilty of nursery but was if manslaughter and either have 2yrs suspended sentence etc

StarGazeyPond Fri 21-Mar-14 17:25:03

Janine: self-defence

Alice: tried to harm herself

Kat: oh dear !

Alfie: so out of character conning people. Thought he was pretty straight.

Lucy: the sooner the better grin

pussycatdoll Fri 21-Mar-14 17:27:03

I loved seeing St Pancras though
Knew exactly where they were grin

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 21-Mar-14 17:27:24

But why did the woman give Alfie £15k?

Lj8893 Fri 21-Mar-14 17:40:18

Oooo glad I found this!!

I don't beleive that Janine would have admitted to it, why suddenly grow a moral conscience?! Never mind then getting away with it!

DieselSpillage Fri 21-Mar-14 19:58:45

Just packed of Dd to bed in time for East Enders and it's not on! Dis they give us an extra episode I missed or what ?

Fakebook Fri 21-Mar-14 20:19:07

Blondes, I think he conned her after she "fell in love" with him. Bleugh. Lilly is apparently with Jean.

JRmumma, I'm afraid Stacey will be taking over the "nostril" role after Lucy leaves. I was mesmerised by the shape and cut of Stacey's yesterday. It looks like someone's nicked them precisely with a very sharp knife. grin

Stargazey, well when Alfie first joined he was a con artist. He conned his way into the vic by pretending to be the new hired manager.

I think there's a double episode next week or maybe there was one last week?

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 21-Mar-14 20:28:31

We had an episode on a Wednesday the other week

How did she fall in love with him? He was only in oz for a week

Fakebook Fri 21-Mar-14 22:10:33

That's what I don't understand Blondes. Don't get why his cowboy boots and paisley shirts are so appealing to people like kat and Roxy. Very weird confused.

supergreenuk Fri 21-Mar-14 22:21:25

Okay so of Kat is being questioned for perjury then why isn't Janine? Sorry not up on my law.

Blondeshavemorefun Fri 21-Mar-14 22:43:37

Weird and she then managed to track Alfie down

Agree about kat / Janine

How the hell does she get away with murder all the time?

Then again so has Ronnie

MissBattleaxe Sat 22-Mar-14 13:20:22

I wonder how much legal advice the EE writers took or chose to ignore about this storyline? It's got more holes than fishnet tights.

First of all, Stacey allegedly stabbed Janine in the hand back in the day. For a first offence, she would hardly get fifteen years. I don't understand why she had to go on the run to Mexico! Secondly, if Janine then decided she DIDN'T get stabbed by Stacey then that is perjury.

Also, Janine changed her story in court so also should have got arrested for perjury for doing that, surely?

I hope they don't bring Janine back. Charlie Brooks is a good actress, but it was getting so boring watching her go round just being senselessly nasty to all and sundry.

MissBattleaxe Sat 22-Mar-14 13:20:51

Oh and don't get me started on the strange added-on Aussie bunny boiler.
