Watching this on Gold+1 just now, I have the complete Royle Family Box set, and have seen this many, many times.

It still makes me sob! Just past the bit where Barbara does Nana's hair, and Nana says her wish never to go into a home has come true, and they cuddle.

The whole thing always leaves me a sobbing wreck, so beautifully done.
