I missed it, and my mum says that it was a storyline that was likely to have a knock on effect. I don't really want to be told what happened unless I can help it, so if anyone video-d it - PLEASE would you be able to send it to me?

Oh no FlameBoo, recording on to DVD is soooo passé. Record on to hard disk, but only way of getting the programme off the hard disk recorder is on to a DVD.

Tell your dh you are just concerned with more important matters and don't worry about mere recording details. (In fairness, I don't know how to record off our hard disk recorder on to a DVD either, although I could figure it out!)
