Ashley is simply gorge . No other word to use. And so lovely to the contestants, eloquent, delightful

And whilst I quite like Aston, I did much prefer Adam from the last couple of series. Always think Kimberley is fab tho'. I do love the way that the judges give good constructive criticism rather than the rubbish that other 'talent' show judges spout.

I agree , there's no panto aspect to it. It does what is says, it's a dance competition and they judge it on the performances

I've been too busy registering as many votes for Lukas as I could to find a thread on here! Loved him tonight. He is just amazing. Rough Diamond were awesome too though, as were Tom and Mini Moves actually - for their age at least. Felt for wee Rory though. He was a bit out of depth with the rest of the finalists, and I do not like that gymtasia mob. I'm sure the bloke in the group had something to do with the other big groups that were from Glasgow for a couple years - the box and the other group. Godson is a seriously impressive man too such passion!

And yes, it's cheesy in places, but overall it is a proper talent show where hard work, talent, creativity and discipline are rewarded. Happy for 6 year old dd to watch.

It has been great family viewing - although DH has taken all the dcs out this evening so I am sitting here watching it on my own which is a bit weird. Am used to discussing performances with DD1 (and deciding which of us has a better chance with Ashley, in the unlikely event he's ever in our close vicinity).

I loved Rhys too. I just think lukas had a few years on him, experience wise. And I really felt the emotion from Lukas might be to do with no sleep from night shift and 2 glasses of wine though
