eminds me of our first landlord! we moved into a flat that we were told was an extension onto a georgian house, loely house but no flats avaliable in the main house, so took the two bed flat and thought no more of it, could tell walls were plasterboard and hollow, but never questioned it as some new builds are not of high quality and just assumed he had done it on the cheap. little did we realise how cheap, it was fine in the summer, but when it cam to autumn and it was raining we had a leak in the roof, couldn't get hold of the landlord so dh decided to jump up onto the roof through the velux window to see if it was just a gutter that needed clearing.

he jumped out, started effing and blinding, dragged me up onto the roof and declared we are living in a efing shed! and we were, the walls were plasterboard, backed by fencing panels!!!!!!
