she got married to Adam and then they decided to take a yr long honeymoon so she handed in her notice.

Don't know why Steph or the others left...nothing has been said yet hmm

I love it. Nothing was said about Steph and Angela Griffin characters.

bigchris Wed 08-Sep-10 14:55:48

The headteachers missing daughter Bex must feature quite a bit because that Corrie lass is playing her

I thought that, the one that had a baby really young?

I know I know it's not real life grin

bigchris Wed 08-Sep-10 15:00:18

Ooh yes her
Sarah lou was it?

BertieBotts Wed 08-Sep-10 15:04:33

I thought Steph went off to get married to Chris's dad, and he was going to take her away from the boring old school or something?

I found that food technology bloke a bit creepy with Rachel. I found it an odd end to the storyline.

Love how they've brought Janeece back

Am I alone though in finding it a bit <yawn> that they have done the SAME storyline again - new head/governor/staff member appears and decides to crack down on behaviour, only to be thwarted and find that their tough one-size-fits-all type approach doesn't work very well? hmm

simpson Wed 08-Sep-10 22:04:40

As much as I love this programme I have to agree with bertie and say I think it has had its day tbh sad

it does seem to be repeating storylines now what with Janeece not wanting baby (like Clo)

I bet she agrees to hand it over to cookery teacher (forget her name blush) then has a last minute change of heart causing much angst

<<sigh>>

The last episodes were delayed for ever because of the football IIRC. The last one was on the day after the penultimate episode which threw me, because I watch them on iplayer and they only keep the last episode of a series for a week! So caught it with one day to go I believe.

Simpson - yes, that sounds like the kind of thing Janeece would suggest, Ruby would struggle for all of two seconds and then agree to and it's all going to go horribly wrong...

I got into watching Teachers on C4 on demand when waiting for the last episodes of WR and WR just looks shit in comparison now!

I missed the first episode in the new series - is Janeece now the school secretary then or she is on work experience or something?

simpson Thu 09-Sep-10 17:32:46

I think a couple of episodes were delayed due to general election stuff too...

Janeece seems to be a permanent member of staff, I think...

I love teachers too grin Esp the lush one (I forget his name blush)

Lol cat64. Especially when her daughter was so angry with her - did she not think the story would be spread around the school on the first day back?
