My teenage daughter says that she is extreamly bored because she cant go out with her friend, its a disaster isnt it ?

So i told her she can make herself useful and explain to all us mums what goes on in teenage lifes,

So want to know anything just ask a question and she will get to commenting back while i make dinner,

Hope she can be as a help..

Why do they all want to look the same?

Or are there differences I can't spot as I'm old

What's with the layer upon layer of eyeliner and mascara?

Why didn't you negotiate with your mother, so that you can go out with your friend later if you answer lots of questions from old women on an internet forum?

Why can't teenage girls smell how revolting teenage boys usually smell? Do you have special Lynx filters or something?

Q:Why do they all want to look the same?

A:Well we all usually go for the hair styles and the clothes that our friends wear, so we dont stand out..There is nothing worse than being in a group and everyones wearing the same and you look completley different.

Q: if you hd to choose between getting good grades in summer exams or getting to snog the person you most fancy - what would it be?

A: That one is really hard cos i really would like to do well in school, and to me doing well is important, i want to go all the way to university, it was my grandma's dream for one of her grandchildren to go to uni, But then again, i do quite well in school, so id choose the snog

Dont tell my mum

Q: What's with the layer upon layer of eyeliner and mascara?

A: Its just something we do, Make-up is a always must have on type of thing, I dont really wear mascara, too much rain in Mansfield but i always ALWAYS wear eyeliner, it makes your eyes more open, well i think anyway, Plus i look like a ghost without it.

A: Nope, its because i was straightening my hair I didnt refresh the page either so i didnt know anybody had messaged.. Sorry..

Mums arent boring they just are very repetitive, Like my mum has told me to tidy my room at least 6 times in the past 2 hours.

Hi this is ggirls dd.

I'd like to give you my opinion.

Q. Why do they all want to look the same?

A. We don't. Well, my group of friends don't. we all have different styles and don't like what the other friends wear.

Q. What's with the enormous hideous hoop earrings?

A. I really have no idea, I think they're disgusting as well.

A: Lynx, that word makes me want to be sick, that is the WORST smelling spray i have ever smelled, specailly the chocolate one.. that advert for lynx, is bogus, it makes girls run away not run to the lad, Please anyone who has a son.. dont let them buy lynx..

Ooh goody, another teenager- it's becoming a Teensnet thread!

I have another question for Shesallgrownup:

If your room is untidy, why aren't you tidying it? (especially relevant cos I have same problem with my 14 yr old son)
