Can't think of that TV pro for OUT of CONTROL teenagers, CH4 or BBC2?

A close friend is being driven to insanity by her daughter. There was a TV prog that took teenagers to an American ranch. What is it called? How can she contact them? Her whole family is being tortured by this cruel vindictive bitter middle child.

It was defo Channel 4, but what it was called has escaped me! Was it something as somple as Teenage Bootcamp?
