My ds wears dd clothes

Hi my dd 19 let my ds 11 wear some of her makeup after he asked her. He has resenty started to like wearing girls cloths around the house. Should I talk to him about it or would it just be a phase ?

BTW, When you say 11, do you mean top of primary or first year of secondary?
