Panic Attacks | Mumsnet

Does anyone have experience of supporting someone with panic attacks? My 13 yr old dd has now had 4 over the course of 6 days. Been to GP etc but wondered as a parent how do you support etc. It is such an awful thing and watching her so frightened is unbearable. Any support very gratefully received.
