I'm afraid you have to contact whoever tested him. Obviously someone had him tested (if not you?) and you should be making an appointment with that person to have the results explained and to establish what next steps are to be taken. Did his school do this? Then both youand your son should be talking to his form teacher and the SEN teacher. Good luck! There are a lot of very successful and brilliant dyslexics out there!

I believe, but not 100% sure that standardised scores between 85 and 115 are average. Above 115 are above average.

I believe the %ile figures are that % of the population scored the same as him. So he's strong on word definitions, but weak on Quantitative Reasoning.

ephpa95 is right, you need to contact whomever tested him and ask for a face to face meeting with them.

Is his comprehension minus 81 or is that a typo?

I have no experience testing that age-group, nor a lot of those tests and the tests/scores may be very different to what I have used with primary-aged children, but IMHE, only scores below the 20th percentile are regarded as significant.

Who did the assessment? Have you been able to get a face-to-face meeting with them as those above suggested?
