How to give DS more space?

Hello, I live in a medium size house but it always seems that I am intruding on my son. Should I let him move into the guest room with ensuite? I know that most of his products clutter my bathroom so... He is nearly 17 what are your thought?

It's just me and my DS. We have guests every now and again but they will be fine in his room.

I love to get the teenage junk out of my bathroom, if i had one they could have I would give it to them.

Why do people keep rooms "for best"? I'm a firm believer in uses space to suit you.
Before DC one of our bedrooms was a study. The study was a sitting room. Our dining room is used for a pool table in the summer when we move the dining table into the conservatory.
Why on earth would you have an unused room that is better than the one your DS uses?

I would let him have the en-suite.

If I had two bathrooms and two people I would definitely have one each. Sounds bloody great!

Oh put him in splendour in the guest room! We have a ridiculously arranged (not small) house and DS1 has been in a tiny room since he was 10 (he's now 19). In fact, I found him and his gf sitting on the floor together the other day Sad. (His bed is raised high and too close to the eaves to sit on).
He's a student now, so only around in the hols, but I'd love to treat him to a decent gaffe for his last few years at home

My teenage boys have their own bathroom. It is luxury for me, never mind them.
It is so nice not having to share shelf space with tonnes of lynx and hair gel and razors.
