My 17 year old niece (18 in January) has a flight booked to Benidorm next week with a job in telesales and accomodation with a friend who's been out there for a year. I looked at Post Office travel cards as a way of ensuring she has money but you have to be 18 to get one. Can anyone advise as to the best way of handling her money? Would it be best for her to open an account in a Spanish bank especially as she'll be getting wages?
