Is this normal teenage behaviour?

To not eat his sandwich for his lunch and leave it in his school bag until mouldy? There were 10 sandwiches in the bag. He packs his bag himself and keeps it in his room. To only wear 3 pairs of boxer shorts in a week, there were plenty of clean ones in the big pile of clean laundry that was waiting to be basketed downstairs. Has never mentioned any lack of boxer shorts. To only shower when forcibly made, has already been told that we expect him to shower 2/3 times a week. Teeth has to be reminded also. When asked questions about these subjects will tell a bare faced lie. He is 13.
