What's reasonable on a school night? On a weekend?
It must depend partly on what time they get up? Dd is lights off somewhere between 9pm and 9:30 and gets up at 7am.
We encourage DS1 to turn screens off at 9.00 (that's also when his wi-fi access stops) then he usually reads for half an hour or so before going to sleep.
